What skills did you gain that you found to be advantageous from being part of the group?

I gained the research perspective of basic human behavior (motivation,etc.) as it applies to the workforce. This is not necessarily something you get from a generic business course but is quite relevant.

What have you been doing since you graduated?

Went to grad school at Columbia and got my M.A. in Social-Org Psych.

What are you doing now?

I work for a large consulting firm in the Human Capital, Organization & Change service line. Primarily working with clients on large scale organization change initiatives related to organization design, workforce transition and change management.
